At MA Remodeling LLC, all products sold through our website are physical goods, and all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

All payments made through our website are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection by the customer

• Incompatibility with existing installations

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Products Covered by This Policy

This policy applies only to online purchases made through our website, including:

• Kitchen and bathroom sinks

• Stone samples

• Sealers, supports, brackets, and other installation-related materials

3. Stone Samples & Slab Variations

Stone samples are provided for color, finish, and texture reference only. Natural stone and engineered materials may vary in veining, movement, shade, and pattern from slab to slab.

Customers are strongly encouraged to request photos of the full slab prior to making a final material decision, as a sample represents only a small portion of the slab and does not reflect the full layout or veining distribution of the entire piece.

Natural variations between samples and full slabs are expected and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at maremodelingatl@gmail.com, including:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, MA Remodeling LLC may offer, at its sole discretion:

• A replacement of the same item, or

• Store credit

Refunds will not be issued.

5. Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, MA Remodeling LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Services Disclaimer

This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased online. Fabrication, installation, remodeling services, measurements, and labor are governed exclusively by a separate signed contract and are not subject to this policy.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact MA Remodeling LLC directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and account restrictions.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
